NCP718ASN330T1G is a NCP718 low dropout, wide input voltage, low Iq, 300mA LDO linear voltage regulator. It is a very stable and accurate device with ultra-low quiescent current consumption and a wide input voltage range. The regulator incorporates several protection feature such as thermal shutdown and current limiting. Typical applications are wireless chargers, portable equipment, communication systems.

• Operating input voltage range from 2.5V to 24V
• Quiescent current is 4µA typical (IOUT=0mA, -40°C = TJ = 125°C)
• ±2% accuracy over full load, line and temperature variations
• Power supply rejection ratio is 60dB typical at f=1KHz, VIN=3.5V + 100 mVpp, VOUT=2.5 V, IOUT=1mA)
• Output noise voltage is 36µVrms typical at VOUT = 1.2V, IOUT = 10mA, f = 100Hz to 100KHz
• Stable with small 1µF ceramic capacitor, thermal shutdown and current limit protection
• Soft-start to reduce inrush current and overshoots
• SOA limiting for high Vin/high Iout – static/dynamic
• 3.3V output voltage, with active output discharge
• TSOT-23-5 package, maximum junction temperature is 150°C
