NCP160AMX180TBG is a LDO regulator for RF and analogue circuits. It is a linear regulator capable of supplying 250mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analogue circuits, the NCP160 device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The device is designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, wireless LAN devices, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STB and camcorders.
- Operating input voltage range from 1.9 to 5.5V
- Output voltage accuracy is 2% max at VIN = VOUT(NOM) + 1V, 0mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 250mA
- Line regulation is 0.02%/V typ at VOUT(NOM) + 1V ≤ VIN ≤ 5.5V, TJ = +25°C
- Load regulation is 0.001%/mA typ at IOUT = 1mA to 250mA, TJ = +25°C
- Quiescent current is 18µA typ at IOUT = 0mA, TJ = +25°C
- Shutdown current is 0.01µA typ at VEN ≤ 0.4V, VIN = 4.8V, TJ = +25°C
- Power supply rejection ratio is 91dB typ at f = 100Hz, IOUT = 20mA, TJ = +25°C
- Output voltage noise is 14µVRMS typ at IOUT = 1mA, f = 10Hz to 100KHz, TJ = +25°C
