The NCP114AMX120TBG is a 300mA CMOS low dropout regulator with active output discharge function in 4 pin uDFN package. It provides engineers with a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained and noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated applications. The NCP114 employs the dynamic quiescent current adjustment for very low IQ consumption at no load.
- Fixed output voltage of 1.2V
- Operating input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Very low quiescent current of 50µA
- Standby current consumption of 0.1µA and shutdown current of 0.01µA
- Power supply rejection ratio of 75dB (f=1KHz) & output noise voltage of 70µVrms (f=10Hz to 100KHz)
- ±1% accuracy at room temperature
- High power supply ripple rejection of 75dB at 1KHz
- Thermal shutdown and current limit protections
- Stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitor
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
