NCP114AMX080TCG

NCP114AMX080TCG is a NCP114 300mA LDO that provides the engineer with a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCP114 employs the dynamic quiescent current adjustment for very low IQ consumption at no-load. Typical applications are PDAs, mobile phones, GPS, smartphones, wireless handsets, wireless LAN, Bluetooth®, Zigbee®, portable medical equipment, other battery powered applications.

• Operating input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
• Very low quiescent current is 50µA typical
• Standby current consumption is 0.1µA typical
• Low dropout is 365mV typical (at VOUT = 1.5V, IOUT = 300mA)
• ±1% accuracy at room temperature
• High power supply ripple rejection is 75dB at 1KHz, VIN = 3.6V, VOUT = 3.1V, OUT = 150mA
• Thermal shutdown and current limit protections
• Stable with a 1µF ceramic output capacitor
• 0.8V output voltage, with active output discharge function
• UDFN4 package, maximum junction temperature is 150°C
