NC7SP125P5X is a TinyLogic ULP-A buffer with a three-state output. It is a single non-inverting 3-state buffer in tiny footprint packages. The device is designed to operate for VCC = 0.9V to 3.6V.

- Propagation delay, A to Y is 3.0ns typ (TA = =25°C, RL = 1Mohm, CL = 10pF)
- Inputs/outputs overvoltage tolerant up to 3.6V
- IOFF supports partial power down protection

- Input capacitance is 2.0pF typ (VCC = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- SC-88A package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
