The MOCD208M is a 2-channel 8-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to two monolithic silicon phototransistor detectors. It is ideally suited for high density applications and eliminates the need for through-the-board mounting. It is also suitable for feedback control circuit, general purpose switching circuits, monitor and detection circuit.
