The MOC223M is a 1-channel 8-pin Darlington Output Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon photodarlington detector, in a surface mountable, small outline. It is ideally suited for high density applications and eliminates the need for through the board mounting. It is suitable for low power logic circuits and solid state relays.
