Octal Buffer/Line Driver with 3-State Outputs. ONSSPCLGC;
The MC74ACT573DWG is an octal buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs in 20 pin SOIC package. This is a high-speed octal latch with buffered common Latch Enable (LE) and buffered common output enable (OE- complementary) inputs. It is functionally identical to the 74ACT373 but has inputs and outputs on opposite sides.
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Inputs and outputs on opposite sides of package allowing easy interface with microprocessors
- Useful as input or output port for microprocessors
- 3-state outputs for bus interfacing
- Outputs source/sink 24mA
- TTL compatible inputs
