The MBRB1545CTG is a D²PAK surface mount power Rectifier Diode with UL94V-0 flame-rated epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The rectifier diode uses the Schottky barrier principle with a platinum barrier metal.
