The LP2950ACDT-3.3RG is a 100mA, low power, fixed low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator in 4 pin TO-252 package. This micropower voltage regulator is specifically designed to maintain proper regulation with an extremely low input to output voltage differential. It features a very low quiescent bias current of 75µA and it is capable of supplying output currents in excess of 100mA. Internal current and thermal limiting protection is provided. Due to low input to output voltage differential and bias current specifications, this regulator is ideally suited for battery powered applications where an extension of useful battery life is desirable.

- Dropout voltage of 30mV at IO = 100µA and 350mV at IO = 100mA
- Extremely tight line and load regulation
- Requires only 1µF output capacitor for stability

- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Line regulation of 0.04% (Vin=VO(nom) 1V to 30V) and load regulation of 0.05% (IO=100µA to 100mA)
- Output noise voltage of 126µVrms (10Hz to 100KH, CL = 1µF)
- Supply bias current of 93µA at IO = 100µA and 4mA at IO = 100mA
