FIN1019MTCX

FIN1019MTCX is a 3.3V LVDS high-speed differential driver/receiver. This driver and receiver pair is designed for high-speed interconnects utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology. The driver translates LVTTL signals to LVDS levels with a typical differential output swing of 350 mV and the receiver translates LVDS signals, with a typical differential input threshold of 100mV, into LVTTL levels. LVDS technology provides low EMI at ultra-low power dissipation even at high frequencies. This device is ideal for high-speed clock or data transfers.

• Greater than 400Mbs data rate, supply voltage range from 3.0V to 3.6V
• Output differential voltage range from 250 to 450mV (RL = 100 ohm)
• Offset voltage range from 1.125 to 1.375V (RL = 100 ohm)
• Power off output current is ±20µA (VCC = 0V, VOUT = 0V or 3.6V)
• Input clamp voltage is -1.5V min (IIK = -18mA)
• Input capacitance is 4pF typ (any LVTTL or LVDS input)
• Output capacitance is 6pF typ (any LVTTL or LVDS input)
• Pulse skew (tPLH - tPHL) is 0.5ns max
• TSSOP-14 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
