The FDC6330L is an integrated load switch in 6 pin SSOT package. This load switch integrates a small N channel power MOSFET (Q1) which drives large P channel power MOSFET (Q2).
- Input voltage range from 3V to 20V

- Control MOSFET (Q1) includes zener protection for ESD ruggedness (6KV human body model)
