This advanced technology and precise process control provides lowest Rsp ON-resistance, superior switching performance and ruggedness. SupreMOS MOSFET is suitable for high frequency switching power converter applications such as PFC, server/telecom power, FPD TV power, ATX power and industrial power applications.
