The 74VHC541 is a Octal Buffer/Line Driver with 3-STATE Outputs The VHC541 is an advanced high-speed CMOS devicefabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achievesthe high-speed operation similar to equivalent BipolarSchottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The VHC541 is an octal buffer/line driver designed to beemployed as memory and address drivers, clock driversand bus oriented transmitter/receivers.This device is similar in function to the VHC244 while providingflow-through architecture (inputs on opposite sidefrom outputs).
