The ESTW010A0B [BARRACUDA] Series, eighth-brick, low-height power modules are isolated dc-dc converters which provide a single, precisely regulated output voltage over a Wide input voltage range of 36-75Vdc. The ESTW010A0B provides 12Vdc nominal output voltage rated for 10Adc output current. The module incorporates GE’s vast heritage for reliability and quality, while also using the latest in technology, and component and process standardization to achieve highly competitive cost. The open frame module construction, available in both surface-mount and through-hole packaging, enable designers to develop cost and space efficient solutions. The module achieves typical full load efficiency greater than 90% at VIN=48Vdc. Standard features include remote On/Off, remote sense, output voltage adjustment, overvoltage, overcurrent and over temperature protection. An optional heat plate allows for external standard, eighth-brick or quarter-brick heat sink attachment to achieve higher output current in high temperature applications.
