XCIB-K-4-4-10

The XCIB-K-4-4-10 from Omega is a XCIB series K type thermocouple. It is double-protected with abrasion-resistant Inconel overbraid with high temperature ceramic fibre insulation. A temperature rating of 980°C (1800°F) continuous service and 1090°C (2000°F) short-term service makes this product ideal for many high temperature measurement applications. It is unexcelled for profiling ovens and furnaces. The 20 gauge solid conductor thermocouple wires are insulated with braided Nextel® ceramic over the ceramic fibre is a rugged overbraid of Inconel 600® a tough, high-temperature, high nickel content alloy. The grounded junction can be bolted to a surface or the Inconel eye can hook the thermocouple to a conveyor flight.
