HPC-CU-S is a HPC series socket (female). Push-in crimp-style contact is manufactured from thermocouple alloy materials and is color-coded for easy identification. Contact is crimp-terminated outside the connector assembly and inserted into the appropriate cavity by means of an insertion tool. This can be readily removed from the connector assembly using a special removal tool.
