TWRPI-BLE-DEMO

TWRPI-BLE-DEMO is a demo Plug-In for Bluetooth® low energy connectivity board. It is ideal for portable healthcare and fitness devices. It's designed to easily enable medical and fitness devices to connect to one of more than one billion BLE-enabled mobile Internet devices (smart phones, tablets, notebook computers). It's a complete BLE radio module solution with an on-board antenna so you don't have to worry about learning BLE single-mode communication software or RF hardware design when adding BLE connectivity to your end product. The TWRPI-BLE-DEMO is a standalone demo but can be also used with Kinetis® modular Tower® System development platforms.

• Contains two Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio modules to evaluate performance and power consumption
• Radio modules are self contained and FCC/CE certified with integrated chip antenna
• Each radio module contains a Kinetis K10 MCU and BLE radio transceiver from EM Microelectronics
• Modules are compact, measuring only 0.464inch x 0.692inch
• Kinetis KWIKSTIK included with a K40 MCU for host processor
