TWR-K64F120M

The TWR-K64F120M tower system module is a development board for the Kinetis K24, K63 and K64 120MHz 32bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers. It features the Kinetis MK64FN1M0VMD12 low power microcontroller with 1MB flash, 256KB SRAM, USB and Ethernet MAC. The Kinetis K64 microcontrollers supports crystal less USB design for reduced system cost and board space. This microcontroller expands the Kinetis K series with 8 low power ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontrollers while keeping full software, hardware and development tool compatibility. The TWR-K64F120M operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform.
