TJA1028TK/3V3/20/J

The TJA1028TK/3V3/20/J is a LIN transceiver with integrated low drop voltage regulator in 8 pin HVSON package. It facilitates development of compact nodes in local interconnect network (LIN) bus systems. It offers strong electro static discharge (ESD) performance to support robust designs and can withstand high voltages on the LIN bus. Voltage regulator stable with ceramic, tantalum and aluminium electrolyte capacitors. In order to minimize current consumption it supports a sleep mode in which the LIN transceiver and the voltage regulator is powered down while still having wake-up capability via the LIN bus. The pins LIN and VBAT protected against transients in the automotive environment (ISO 7637) and it has improved automated optical inspection (AOI) capability.
