PCA9959 LED driver evaluation board features LEDs for colour mixing, blinking and dimming demonstrations. A graphical interface allows the user to easily explore the different functions of the driver. The board can be connected in series with other SPI-bus demo boards to create an evaluation system.

• Support up to four groups of LED gradation control
• Each LED channel assigned to one of four groups
• For each group, PCA9959 supports 64-grid brightness control
• Supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V and low standby current (170µA)
• 63mA / 5.5V output drive per channel, output current adjusts through resistor at REXT pin
• 10MHz SPI interface and output enable (/OE) pin
