MC9S08SE4CWL

The MC9S08SE4CWL is a 8-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (10MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 20MHz. The device incorporates 4kB internal flash, 0.256kB internal RAM, 10-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 24 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like serial communications interface (SCI) modules and real-time counter (RTC).
