The MC9S08MM128VLK is a 8-bit Flexis Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (24MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The device incorporates 128kB internal flash, 12kB internal RAM, 16-channel 16-bit A/D converter and 46 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps, two serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two serial communications interface (SCI), an analog comparator and USB 2.0 full-speed device controller.
