MC9S08LG32CLH

The MC9S08LG32CLH is a 8-bit Application-specific Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 32kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, 12-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 53 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps, one serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two serial communications interface (SCI) module and real-time counter (RTC). Breakpoint capability to allow single breakpoint setting during in-circuit debugging and plus two more breakpoints in on-chip debug module.
