The MC908QY4ACDWE is a 8-bit EEPROM Emulation Microcontroller based on high-performance M68HC08 CPU with CISC architecture operates at a maximum internal bus frequency of 8MHz. The device incorporates 4096byte internal flash, on-chip random-access memory (RAM), 6-channel 10-bit A/D converter and 14 general-purpose I/O pins.
