LPC845M301JHI33K is a LPC84x Arm Cortex-M0+ based, low-cost 32-bit MCU family operating at CPU frequencies of up to 30MHz.
- 64Kb flash, 16Kb SRAM, 5 USART, 4 I²C, 2 SPI, 1 DAC, 29 GPIO
- Fast initialization memory (FAIM) allows the user to configure chip behaviour on power-up
- Boot loader, supports flash in-application programming (IAP)
