FXPS7140P7ST1 is a PSI5 compatible absolute and relative pressure sensor.

• Absolute pressure range from 40kPa to 140kPa, ±7.0% accuracy
• Discovery mode support for physical location identification

• Periodic data collection mode support for sensor data transfers
• Background diagnostics mode support during periodic data collection mode
• Programmable time slots with 1µs resolution, 10-bit data length for relative pressure
• Selectable error detection: even parity, or 3-bit CRC, two-wire programming mode
• Redundant pressure transducers, capacitance to voltage converter with anti-aliasing filter
• Sigma delta ADC plus sinc filter, 0.16Hz, 1-pole LPF for P0 value
