The Energy efficient 48MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ core, multiple low power modes & autonomous low power peripherals including USB ‘Keep Alive’ Mode make this ideal for low power or battery operated applications. Tool support includes free Kinetis Design Studio IDE, Software Development Kit and Processor Expert. The main silicon is available in an ultra-small 36XFBGA (3.5x3.5x0.5mm) package as well.
