PMEG60T30ELR-QX is a trench maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) schottky barrier rectifier encapsulated in a CFP3 (SOD123W) small and flat lead surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used in applications such as low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, free wheeling application, reverse polarity protection, low power consumption application.

• High power capability due to clip-bonding technology, suitable for both reflow and wave soldering
• Low forward voltage, low leakage current due to trench MEGA schottky technology
• Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
• Reverse breakdown voltage is 60V min at IR = 1mA, pulsed, Tj = 25°C
• Forward voltage is 380mV typ at IF = 0.1A, Tj = 25°C, pulsed
• Reverse current is 0.14µA typ at VR = 10V, Tj = 25°C, pulsed
• Diode capacitance is 580pF typ at (VR = 1V, f = 1MHz, Tj = 25°C)
• Peak forward recovery voltage is 460mV typ at (IF = 0.5A, dIF/dt = 20A/µs, Tj = 25°C)
