PESD2IVN24-TR is an ESD protection device for in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, SENT). This ESD protection device is a Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect two automotive In-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by ElectroStatic discharge (ESD) and other transients.

• Reverse standoff voltage is 24V maximum at Tamb = 25°C
• Rated peak pulse current is 3.5A maximum at tp = 8/20µs
• Clamping voltage is 42V maximum at IPPM = 3.5A; tp = 8/20µs; Tamb = 25°C

• Reverse leakage current is 50nA max at VRWM = 24V; Tamb = 25°C
