The MP28114DG-LF-Z is a 1.7MHz constant frequency,current mode, ultra-small PWM step-downconverter. The device integrates a main switchand a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency and eliminates the needs for an externalschottky diode. It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The MP28114DG-LF-Z can supply600mA of load current from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage. The output voltage for the MP28114DG-LF-Z can be regulated as low as 0.6V, while the output voltages of the MP28114DG-1.5,MP28114G-1.8, and MP28114DG-3.3 are fixedat 1.5V, 1.8V, and 3.3V, respectively. The MP28114DG-LF-Z can also run at 100% duty cycle forlow dropout applications. The MP28114DG-LF-Z is available in an ultra-small 2x2mm QFN package.
