EVQ9843-L-00A

EVQ9843-L-00A is an evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MP9843 and MPQ9843. The MP9843 and MPQ9843 are configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching regulators with integrated, internal, high-side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively). The MPQ9843 is AEC-Q100 qualified. They provide up to 3A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with current mode control for fast loop response. These devices employ advanced asynchronous modulation (AAM) mode, which helps to achieve high efficiency under light-load conditions by scaling down the switching frequency (fSW) to reduce the switching and gate driver losses. The EVQ9843-L-00A is a fully assembled and tested evaluation board. It generates 5V of output voltage (VOUT) at load currents up to 3A from a 5V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range, with a 450kHz fSW.
