TC72-3.3MUA
Temperature Sensor IC, Digital, ± 2°C, -55 °C, 125 °C, MSOP, 8 Pins
- RoHS 10 Compliant
- Tariff Charges
The TC72-3.3MUA is a Digital Temperature Sensor with SPI interface. It is capable of reading temperatures from -55 to +125°C. This sensor features a serial interface that allows communication with a host controller or other peripherals. The TC72 interface is compatible with the SPI protocol and does not require any additional external components. However, it is recommended that a decoupling capacitor of 0.01 to 0.1µF be provided between the VDD and GND pins. The TC72 can be used either in a continuous temperature conversion mode or a one-shot conversion mode. The continuous conversion mode measures the temperature approximately every 150ms and stores the data in the temperature registers. In contrast, the one-shot mode performs a single temperature measurement and returns to the power saving shutdown mode.
- 10-bit Resolution (0.25°C/Bit)
- Low power consumption - 250µA (typical) continuous temperature conversion mode
- Power saving one-shot temperature measurement
