This series of high reliability transient voltage suppressors are featured in the SMBJ J-bend design in the DO- 215AA package which allows for greater PC board mounting density. They feature Unidirectional construction. It is available with either SnPb or RoHS compliant matte-tin plating.

• Working standoff voltage 6 V
• Unidirectional low-capacitance device (30 pF). For bidirectional applications
• 3s lot norm screening performed on standby current ID
• 100% surge testing of all devices
• Suppresses transients up to 500 W Peak Pulse Power (PPP) @ 10/1000 µs
• Various screenings in reference to MIL-PRF-19500 are available.
• High reliability controlled devices have wafer fabrication and assembly lot traceability
• Moisture classification is Level 1 with no dry pack required per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020B
• RoHS compliant versions available
