MIC5205-3.3YM5-TR

The MIC5205-3.3YM5 TR is a fixed output low dropout (LDO) regulator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This device has ultra low noise output, very low dropout voltage and very low ground current. The MIC5205 offers better than 1% initial accuracy and designed especially for hand held and battery powered devices. It includes CMOS or TTL compatible enable/shutdown control input. When shut down, power consumption drops nearly to zero. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout further prolonging battery life. The MIC5205 features reference bypass pin to improve low noise performance, reversed battery protection, current limiting and overtemperature shutdown.

• Load regulation is 0.02% typical at (IL = 0.1mA to 150mA, TJ = +25°C)
• Dropout voltage is 10mV typical at (IL = 100µA, VIN = VOUT +1V; IL = 100µA; CL = 1.0µF)
• Quiescent current is 1µA max at (VEN = 0.4V (shutdown), VIN = VOUT +1V; IL = 100µA; CL = 1.0µF)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 5-lead SOT-23 package
