The 24LC16B/SN is a 16Kbit serial I2C EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) in 8 pin SOIC package. The device is organized as eight blocks of 256 x 8bit memory with two wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 1.7V with standby and active currents of only 1µA and 1mA respectively. The 24LC16B has a page write capability for up to 16bytes of data.

- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression
- Output slope control to eliminate ground bounce
- Page write time is 5ms maximum
