Conductive Polymer solid electrolytic chip capacitors TCJ series is a general purpose SMT chip polymer series, offering low ESR, wide range of Capacitance and Voltage in standard SMD capacitor design with J-lead terminations. Maximum operating temperature up to 125 degrees Celsius. Total 17 case sizes from very small 0805 up to large 7341 footprints, and total component maximum height from 1.00mm up to 4.3mm. The voltage range offers the industry highest rated Voltages 63V up to 125V. The conductive polymer electrode exhibits a benign failure mode under recommended use conditions. Lead-free, halogen free m.compound, RoHS compliant components.
