The F95 solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors from AVX are conformal coated chip capacitors that are compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. The frameless feature allows for a larger amount of capacitance in a smaller package in order to save board space. AVX F95 Series Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors are available with capacitance rated from 1µF to 470µF in 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 20V, 25V, and 35V. These capacitors offer ESR (@100kHz) from 0.4? to 15.0?. Applications for AVX F95 Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors include smartphones, wireless modules, tablet PCs, and e-books.
