The 6801 Series are suitable for applications in which high contact reliability is required under harsh environments regarding vibration, temperature, humidity, etc. Applications include in-vehicle units such as car navigation system units, GPS units, and car audio products, medical or industrial equipment, and OA or AV equipment. FPCs/FFCs with tabs prevent improper mating, enable secure connection, and increase the force to retain FPCs/FFCs. The FPCs/FFCs can be also be utilized in our right angle 6288 Series and vertical 6251 Series. Manufactured in factories with ISO/TS16949 certifications, which are the international standards for quality management systems in the automotive industry. Developed an original mechanical structure which prevents rattling . Insertion of the FPC/FFC and slide locking are automated, which contribute to reduction of labor.
