ICS-40638

ICS-40638 is a high AOP analogue MEMS microphone with differential output and dynamic range. It includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and a differential output amplifier. Other high-performance specifications include 138dB SPL acoustic overload point, tight ±1dB sensitivity tolerance and enhanced immunity to both radiated and conducted RF interference. Application includes automotive, still and video cameras, and IoT device.
