XMC1302T038X0032ABXUMA1 is a 32-bit microcontroller with ARM® Cortex®-M0 with focus on low-cost embedded control applications. XMC1300 family can integrate all the control and analogue interface functions required for sensor less field oriented control (FOC), brushless (BLDC), brushed DC and PMSM motors. Applications include 48V power distribution, cordless power tools, domestic robots, home appliances.
- 32KB flash, 16KB RAM, supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5V
- MATH co-processor for CORDIC and HW divide, hall sensor and encoder I/F
- 8 x 16-bit special purpose timers, dead time generation
- LED brightness and colour control module (BCCU)
- 12 channel 12-bit ADC, 2 x parallel sampling, 3 x comparators
- 2 channel USIC (configurable to SPI, UART, IIC, IIS)
- Peripherals clock is 64MHz
- Analog comparators with only 3mv input offset voltage and a propagation delay of 30ns
- PG-TSSOP-38-9 package
- Temperature range from -40 to 105°C
