TLV4906KFTSA1 is a value-optimized hall effect switch for industrial and consumer applications with highly accurate switching thresholds. The TLV4906K is ideally suited for all industrial and consumer applications that require high precision switching thresholds for position sensing. It can be used for example for: security systems, alignment control, push buttons, keyboards, key switches, machine tools, etc.

• 2.7V to 18V supply voltage operation
• Operation from unregulated power supply
• High sensitivity and high stability of the magnetic switching points
• High resistance to mechanical stress by active error compensation
• Reverse battery protection (-18V), superior temperature stability
• Typical low jitter is 1µs (TA=25°C), high ESD performance (±4kV HBM)
• Digital output signal (open-drain), not suitable for automotive applications
• Output voltage range from -0.7 to 18V, output current range from 0 to 20mA
• Switching frequency range from 0 to 152KHz (Vs=12V and TA=25°C)
• PG-SC59-3-5 package, maximum ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
