TC297TP128F300NBCKXUMA1 is an AURIX™ microcontroller for automotive and industrial applications. Its innovative multicore architecture, based on up to three independent 32-bit TriCore CPUs, has been designed to meet the highest safety standards, while simultaneously increasing performance significantly. With its Triple TriCore with up to 300MHz, a flash memory of 8MB and a powerful and generic timer module (GTM), this aims for reduced complexity, best-in-class power consumption and significant cost savings. Applications include 60GHz radar sensor for in-cabin monitoring system, ADAS and autonomous driving, automotive high-voltage battery management system (BMS), chassis control and safety, diesel direct injection.
