IM69D130V01XTSA1 is a high-performance digital XENSIV™ MEMS microphone. It is designed for applications where low self-noise, wide dynamic range, low distortions and a high acoustic overload point are required. It is based on a miniaturized symmetrical microphone design, similar to that utilized in studio condenser microphones, and results in high linearity of the output signal within a dynamic range of 105dB. The microphone distortion does not exceed 1% even at sound pressure levels of 128dBSPL. The flat frequency response and tight manufacturing tolerance result in close phase matching of the microphones, which is important for multi-microphone applications. Typical applications include devices with voice user interface, smart speakers, home automation, IoT devices, active noise cancellation headphones and earphones, high-quality audio capturing, conference systems, cameras and camcorders, and industrial or home monitoring with audio pattern detection.
- Signal to noise ratio is 69dB(A) typ (A-weighted, fclock=3.072MHz, TA = 25°C)
 - Total harmonic distortion is 0.5% typ (94dBSPL, measuring 2nd to 5th harmonics, 1KHz, TA = 25°C)
 - Acoustic overload point is 130dBSPL typ (THD = 10%, TA = 25°C)
 - Sensitivity range from -37 to -35dBFS (1KHz, 94 dBSPL, TA = 25°C)
 - Phase response is 2° typ (1KHz, VDD = 1.8V, fCLK = 3.072MHz, TA = 25°C)
 - Low frequency cutoff point is 28Hz typ (-3dB point relative to 1KHz, TA = 25°C)
 - Very fast analogue to digital conversion speed (6µs latency at 1KHz)
 - Power optimized modes determined by PDM clock frequency
 - PDM output, omnidirectional pickup pattern
 - Ambient temperature range from -40 to 100°C
