CYT2B65BADQ0AZSGS is an Arm® Cortex® TRAVEO™ T2G 32bit dual automotive MCU targeted at automotive systems such as body control units. It has an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU for primary processing and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. It contains embedded peripherals supporting controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD), and local interconnect network (LIN). TRAVEO™ T2G device is manufactured on an advanced 40nm process. It incorporates a low-power flash memory, multiple high-performance analogue and digital peripherals, and enables the creation of a secure computing platform.
