CYBLE-214015-01 is a fully certified Bluetooth® LE embedded module based on a proven hardware design and Infineon’s PSOC™ 4-BLE. This module includes a royalty-free Bluetooth® stack compatible with Bluetooth® 5.1, helping cutdown the additional time needed for design, development and certification. It is available in 11 x 11 x 1.70mm SMT form-factor, with a PCB trace antenna and is certified to FCC, ISED, MIC, and CE regulations.

- 256KB flash memory, 32KB SRAM memory
- 25GPIO configurable as open drain high/low, pullup/pulldown, HI-Z analogue, HI-Z digital/strong O/P
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- 32bit processor (0.9 DMIPS/MHz) with single-cycle 32bit multiply, operating at up to 48MHz
- Watchdog timer with dedicated internal low-speed oscillator (ILO)
- Two-pin SWD for programming
- Two independent run-time reconfigurable SCBs with I2C, SPI, or UART functionality
- Up to 25 programmable GPIOs
- Four 16-bit timer, counter, pulse-width modulator (TCPWM) blocks
