CY8C624AFNI-S2D43T PSoC® 6 MCU is a high-performance, ultra-low-power and secured MCU platform, purpose-built for IoT applications. This product line, based on the PSoC 6 MCU platform, is a combination of a dual CPU microcontroller with low-power flash technology, digital programmable logic, high-performance analogue-to-digital conversion and standard communication and timing peripherals.

- 150/50 CM4 CPU speed (LP/ULP), 100/25 CM0+ CPU speed (LP/ULP)
- 2048KB flash, 1024KB SRAM memory, 100-pin WLCSP package
- Three DMA controllers, one-time-programmable (OTP) 1Kb eFuse array
- Six power modes for fine-grained power management, on-chip DC-DC buck converter
- Backup domain with 64bytes of memory and real-time clock
- Two phase-locked loops (PLLs) for multiplying clock frequencies
- Execute-in-place (XIP) from external quad SPI flash, on-the-fly encryption and decryption
- Eight counters provide event or duration monitoring of on-chip resources
- All debug and test ingress paths can be disabled, up to eight protection contexts
