CY8C4247AZI-M485 is a PSoC™ 4200M MCU based on Arm® Cortex®-M0. PSoC™ 4 is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for a family of programmable embedded system controllers with an Arm® Cortex®-M0 CPU. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. Based on this platform architecture, PSoC™ 4200M is a combination of a microcontroller with digital programmable logic, programmable analogue, programmable interconnect, high-performance analogue-to-digital conversion, opamps with comparator mode, and standard communication and timing peripherals. It will be fully compatible with members of the PSoC™ 4 platform for new applications and design needs. The programmable analogue and digital subsystems allow flexibility and in-field tuning of the design.

- Up to 128kB of flash with read accelerator, up to 16kB of SRAM, DMA engine
- Low-power 1.71 to 5.5V operation, 20nA stop mode with GPIO pin wakeup
- Hibernate and deep sleep modes allow wakeup-time vs power trade-offs
- LCD drive supported on all pins (common or segment)
- Operates in deep sleep mode with 4 bits per pin memory
- Serial communication, timing and pulse-width modulation
- Eight 16-bit timer/counter pulse-width modulator (TCPWM) blocks

- Extended industrial operation temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
