BTT60502ERAXUMA1 is a PROFET™+ 24V 50mohm dual channel smart high-side power switch. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump. The device is integrated in Smart6 HV technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. It is also suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as lamps and for 12V and 24V trucks and transportation system.

• Two channel device, very low stand-by current, 3.3V and 5V compatible logic inputs
• Electrostatic discharge protection (ESD), optimized electromagnetic compatibility
• Logic ground independent of load ground, very low power DMOS leakage current in OFF state
• Proportional load current sense multiplexed for the 2 channels, open load detection in ON and OFF
• Short circuit to battery and ground, overtemperature switch OFF detection
• Stable behaviour during undervoltage, reverse polarity protection with external components
• Overtemperature protection with latch, overvoltage protection with external components
• Voltage dependent current limitation, enhanced short circuit operation
• AEC qualified, PG-TDSO-14 package
• Junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
