BTT60302ERBXUMA1 is a PROFET™ +24V 32mohm dual channel smart high-side power switch. It provides protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump. This device is integrated into Smart6 HV technology. It is specially designed to drive lamps upto 2 * P21W 24V, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment. It is used in applications such as resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits, most suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as lamps, suitable for 12V and 24V trucks + trailer and transportation systems.

• Two channel device, very low stand-by current, 3.3V and 5V compatible logic inputs
• Electrostatic discharge protection (ESD), optimized electromagnetic compatibility
• Logic ground independent from load ground, very low power DMOS leakage current in OFF state
• AEC qualified, operating voltage range from 5V to 36V
• Nominal load current (one channel active) is 6A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
• Output leakage current per channel is 0.5µA max at (VS = 28V, TJ = 25°C)
• Nominal load current (all channels active) is 4A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
• Slew rate (30% to 70% VS) is 0.8V/µs typical at (VS = 28V, TJ = 25°C)
